The first home in our Reinaissance Pointe Collecton is our Claymore model; a 2 bedroom 2 bath home with an optional second floor. The second story of this home can be built with your choice of layout and functionality options. Second story options include: Master Suite, 2 additional bedrroms, or as a finished or unfinished bonus room. If you would pefer unfinished, you can also choose to have the plumbing 'roughed out' for an additional bathroom to be built later.
