Renaissance Pointe Facts
Renaissance Pointe is a front porch community that will have over 400 households
in central Fort Wayne. Nearly $15 million in physical improvements will be made to existing streets, alleys and park strips. There will be beautiful walkways and
bike trails and a park within the community. A $7 million YMCA will serve as a community
resource for family recreation offering a full gymnasium, swimming pool, fitness
programs, indoor games, and an outdoor water park and green park area. Currently, Renaissance Pointe has about 165 existing homeowners who are eligible to apply for
renovation
grants to make improvements on their homes. Nearly 350 newly constructed
homes will be added to the neighborhood.
Living choices include a mix of single family homes, townhouses and condominiums. The
Master Plan calls for balance between the rehabilitation of existing
owner-occupied homes and new home construction. New homes are valued from the low $100,000’s to
just under $200,000.
All new and existing property owners shall be included in the Renaissance Pointe
Home Association, the active governing body of the neighborhood.
